Executive Administrative Assistant
Jennifer provides administrative support to the Executive Director and is responsible for all areas of office management for the Coleman Institute for Cognitive Disabilities. Her role covers many different responsibilities including; accounting, financial reporting, scheduling and organizing meetings and events, arranging travel, ordering office supplies, managing correspondence, filing, and misc. tasks as needed.

Jennifer has over 15 years of experience working as an office administrative assistant and providing strong customer service for the State of Colorado and the University of Colorado. As a senior clerical professional, she utilizes her problem-solving and communication skills to effectively establish rapport with various stakeholders about numerous topics and issues. Jennifer’s ability to seamlessly adapt to a wide variety of situations allows her to organize and prioritize tasks that work together to create an effective office environment for her colleagues.
Jennifer enjoys expanding her knowledge about the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and is extremely impressed with the outreach and research that the Coleman Institute for Cognitive Disabilities promotes and accomplishes.
